Devintek Refund And Cancellation Policy for Growing Businesses

Our Devintek refund and cancellation policy is built around one principle: clients should never feel trapped in a service they are unhappy with. Most agency refund policies are written to maximise agency revenue and minimise client recourse. Ours is written the opposite way. If you decide to cancel a project for any reason, you provide 30 days written notice and pay pro-rata for work completed plus that notice period. There are no cancellation fees, no minimum-term penalties and no hidden charges beyond the work delivered. Deposits taken before discovery has begun are 100% refundable on request. Deposits taken after discovery has begun are non-refundable because senior team time is allocated immediately upon discovery start — we are paying our specialists from the moment your project is on the calendar. Monthly retainers can be cancelled with 14 days notice, effective from the next billing cycle, with the current month paid in full. We also offer a quality satisfaction guarantee: if we commit in writing to a deliverable target (e.g., Lighthouse 90+, WCAG 2.2 AA, specific performance metric) and we miss it on launch, we re-engineer the affected work at no additional charge until the target is met. If you ever have a refund concern, the fastest path is to email the team directly. We respond within 5 business days and resolve most issues within 14 business days. Disputes that cannot be resolved through this channel are referred to mutually agreed arbitration as described in our Terms & Conditions.
