Terms & Conditions — Devintek Service Agreement

Our Devintek terms and conditions of service govern every engagement between Devintek and our clients. These terms are designed to be fair, transparent and balanced — protecting both the client and the agency while making the working relationship as predictable as possible. We have deliberately written this document in clearer language than most agency contracts so that founders, marketing leaders and procurement teams can read it without legal translation. The key provisions cover scope of work, deliverables and timelines (defined in each Statement of Work); IP ownership (transferred to the client on final payment, with editable source files); payment schedules (typically 25/50/25 milestones); change orders (written, scoped and priced before work begins); confidentiality (mutual, surviving the engagement); liability (capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months); termination (30 days written notice from either side); and governing law. Custom terms are available on request — many enterprise clients prefer their own contracts and we frequently sign those instead, provided the substance matches what is in this document. We are happy to walk procurement teams through any clause that needs clarification.
